SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free regular shipping service within the USA and Canada orders, through one of our third parties associates such as Parcel Pro, Fedex, or UPS, in any case orders may ship within 2 days if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, orders can take up to 4 weeks. A sales representative will confirm the estimated time that you can expect to receive your order. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time frame. If this is the case, a sales representative will always notify the customer. To assure your purchase is delivered to you and avoid misplace or mistaken delivery, we offer “Adult Signature Required” service with all our orders.
We will endeavor to deliver the Product(s) as soon as possible after confirmation of your order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the Product(s). We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay. Please note that it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Should this be the case, we will inform you using your contact details and arrange for cancellation of the order or an alternative delivery address.
Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering. As soon as the Product(s) are delivered to you, you become the owner of those Product(s) and the risk will passed to you. This means that you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to the Product(s). Delivery of any Product will require a signature acknowledging receipt to be delivered. Such Products cannot be left at places of delivery stipulated in your order if you, or someone you have authorized to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who is 18 years of age or older will be deemed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Once the Product is delivered to you, delivery is signed for by you or by someone at the delivery address, responsibility for your purchased Product(s) passes to you.
Please note that we are unable to influence the delivery of any parcels once they have left our warehouse. Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details prior to confirming your order. If we are unable to deliver due to wrong information being input at the order stage you will still be charged for all original and additional redelivery costs.
If a Product in your order is backordered, your order may be processed with multiple shipments. Although it is our intention to deliver Product(s) in accordance with any confirmed delivery date we have given to you for any order which we accept, we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. We will endeavor to notify you if we anticipate that we will be unable to meet a confirmed delivery date. Upon delivery of an order, you agree to inspect the Product(s) for the correct quantities and any obvious faults, defects or damage the first 3 days after delivery.
About Products that cannot be delivered without a signature, if delivery is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, if you are not at the place of delivery stipulated in your order on the designated delivery date, if you refuse to sign for the delivery of the Product(s) on delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product(s) to you) accept delivery or collect the Product(s) from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following: (x) charge you for our reasonable storage fee(s) and other costs reasonably incurred by us, including re-delivery costs; and/or (y) no longer make the Product(s) available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling your order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit/debit card company, as applicable, any money already paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges, including the amount charged for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product(s).
Should you feel that your order has become lost or was unable to be delivered to you please contact us after 5 days. Please note that we will try our best to resolve this issue but we may feel it is appropriate to refund your order after a second delivery attempt.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for store credit, exchange or subject to refund. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven (7) days of the delivery confirmation date. If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for your information, as we do not retain credit card information from our customers.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. Any customized product cannot be accepted for return. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We do not refund custom charges, government taxes or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. We charge a restocking fee of thirty five US dollars (US$35) on each return.
If you have chosen to return a Product eligible for return you are responsible for following our return policy and returning the Product to us as soon as reasonably practicable, but in no event later than 7 days from the order date. We will not accept any returns after 7 days. Products eligible for return must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all collateral marketing materials and with any promotional gift, if apply.
Anam Karat is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact info@anamkarat.com to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns aren’t allowed for ‘change of mind’ on purchases of sale items. We do not accept returns of any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or a Product that is specified as non-returnable in its description. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page. To return a Product please contact our customer service to be guided on the process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned at the moment.
Returning Products is always at your risk. If you return any Product for any reason, you must ensure that it is adequately packaged and insured. We will not accept any responsibility for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the Product is damaged or lost while being returned to us.
